The Rancho Library is located on the north west side of the Rancho Campus. There are a total of 25 study rooms at the Library at Rancho (Library Learning Commons LLC) and are designed to be used by Chaffey College students ONLY.
Reservation guidelines
- Study rooms are intended for college-related academic work.
- Study rooms are available by appointment only and for current Chaffey College students.
- Students may reserve a study room for up to 2 hours per day and up to one week in advance.
- Individual students can now reserve study rooms! We recommend booking one of the smaller rooms (301, 326, 327, 328, 335, or 339) since larger rooms are prioritized for groups. If those rooms are full, you may be placed in a larger room if space allows.
- Groups still receive priority for larger-capacity rooms.
Check-in process
- Once your reservation is complete, you’ll receive an email confirmation with check-in and check-out information.
- Show this email when you arrive at library information desks to check in and gain access to your reserved room.

Headphones, whiteboard markers and erasers can be borrowed from the Circulation Desk (1st floor) with a picture ID card.
